Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Encapsulation Manufacturing

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team specializing in solar encapsulation manufacturing. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our advanced solar encapsulation products to manufacturers, installers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the solar encapsulation sector.

• Identify and engage potential clients including solar panel manufacturers, EPC contractors, and distributors.

• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits tailored to customer needs.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and build brand awareness.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the management team.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related manufacturing industries.

• Strong understanding of solar encapsulation materials and manufacturing processes is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach and ability to work independently.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales cycles simultaneously.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
