• Greet and assist walk-in customers with eyewear selection
• Explain product features (frames, lenses, coatings) and upsell premium options
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure high-quality service
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth

Requirements

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Experience in retail/optical sales preferred, but not mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, stock entry)
