Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting and selling AG Techno’s product line, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, providing product knowledge, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management Basic understanding of LED lighting products, circuit boards, or related technical knowledge is an advantage Ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions Sufficient organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage sales operations effectively Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willingness to work on-site Relevant sales experience preferred; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is an added advantage
