Role Overview: You will be working as a Sales Representative, where your main responsibilities will include proactively identifying and pursuing potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research. Your focus will be on presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to both new and existing customers. Conducting thorough needs assessments and providing strategic, customized solutions will be essential in this position. Building and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty will also be a significant part of your role. Additionally, addressing client concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research - Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers - Conduct in-depth needs assessments and deliver strategic, customized solutions - Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty - Address client concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs - Collaborate with internal departments for seamless sales execution and client support - Analyze market trends, territory performance, and competitor activities - Submit timely sales reports and insights to drive strategic decision-making - Gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve offerings Qualification Required: - Proven success in a Sales Executive, Business Development, or similar client-facing role - Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM; knowledge of BRM/ERP systems is a plus - Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Self-starter with a strong sales record and performance-driven mindset - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Skilled at delivering persuasive and customized sales presentations - Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities - Strong client engagement and relationship-building capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline,
