Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bangalore. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include conducting market research, promoting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to sales strategies will be integral aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform market research and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach
• Qualification in Agriculture Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in Sales of agriculture inputs like fertilizers, seeds or young plants
