Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Mohali district location. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting revenue targets and preparing regular sales forecasts and performance reports. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team Experience in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business development Analytical skills for performance tracking, forecasting, and market trend analysis Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in sales and CRM software is a plus Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the consumer goods or beverage industry is advantageous
