Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities will include identifying business opportunities, meeting sales goals, managing customer inquiries, providing product information, and preparing sales reports. The role requires proactive communication, customer interaction, and effective time management skills. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiating skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently Organizational skills to manage schedules, reporting, and follow-ups Knowledge of glass and plywood products or willingness to gain industry-specific expertise Previous experience in retail sales, idea pitching, or client acquisition is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
