Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kozhikode. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include presenting and promoting products or services, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The individual will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and market expansion.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Proficiency in market research, sales planning, and customer engagement strategies
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is an advantage, but not required
• High school diploma required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
