Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Paytm. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and developing relationships to promote Paytm's products and services. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their financial service needs, and offering innovative payment solutions tailored to their requirements. The individual will also be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain client satisfaction, and provide timely feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proactive approach to lead generation and client relationship management
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or financial services is preferred
• Basic knowledge of digital payment systems, UPI, and financial services
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to meet client-specific needs
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the fintech industry will be an added advantage
