About the job

Sales Representatives (Field Sales Executives)

You will be responsible for visiting markets daily, meeting retailers and institutional clients, generating orders, and ensuring product visibility and availability in your assigned area.



Key responsibilities

  • Visit assigned markets daily and meet retailers, gyms, salons, hotels, banquet halls, and corporates.
  • Generate primary and secondary sales as per monthly targets.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at outlets.
  • Open new outlets and expand coverage in the assigned territory.
  • Take regular orders from existing customers and build strong relationships.
  • Collect market feedback on competitors’ prices, schemes, and activities.
  • Submit daily sales reports, beat plans, and collection details to the manager.
  • Coordinate with distributors/stockists for timely supply and billing.



Desired candidate profile

  • 1–5 years of experience in 

    FMCG field sales

     
  • Freshers with strong interest in field sales can also be considered.
  • Good communication skills in 

    Hindi/Punjabi

     (basic English is enough).
  • Comfortable with daily field work and meeting sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of 

    WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Excel

     for reporting.
  • Must own a 

    two‑wheeler

     with valid driving license.



Education & eligibility

  • Minimum: 12th pass; 

    Graduate preferred

    .
  • Candidates from 

    Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, NCR, Uttarakhand

     are welcome.
  • Gender: Open to all.

    ₹18,000 – ₹30,000

     (fixed, depending on experience) + attractive incentives.
