Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Staff. The role is based in Kanpur, and while the primary work location will be onsite, some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales presentations, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in market research, lead generation, and client prospecting
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Relationship-building abilities and customer service expertise
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
