Sales Representative / Management Trainee


Training & Probation Period

  • Duration:

    1 Month

    (Probation)
  • Week 1:

    Product Training

    (Ingredients, USPs, Applications) Sales & Communication Training (Pitching, Objection Handling,Follow-ups)

On successful completion of the probation period, the candidate may be offered a full-time position based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to cafes, restaurants, QSRs, and hospitality brands.
  • Identify if they are seeking a better hot chocolate solution and introduce Blendonomics as the ideal option.
  • Set up product trial sessions and coordinate sampling efforts.
  • Engage and convince potential clients based on product merit and commercial value.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups, manage leads, and drive conversions.
  • Close orders and ensure proper documentation and coordination with the operations team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduates or up to 1 year of experience in

    Sales, Business Development, or Marketing

    (F&B industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi proficiency required).
  • Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and trials.
  • Passion for the F&B industry and customer-centric mindset.
