Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Injection Moulding Engineer based in Ahmedabad, where the selected individual will play a key role in the toy manufacturing process. Responsibilities include overseeing the setup and operation of injection moulding machines, ensuring production efficiency, conducting quality checks on manufactured components, and troubleshooting any technical issues. The Injection Moulding Engineer will also work closely with the production team to optimize processes and maintain high product standards. Qualifications Strong expertise in operating and maintaining injection moulding machines Proficiency in troubleshooting injection moulding and production-related issues Knowledge of material properties, tool designs, and mould development Solid understanding of quality control practices and processes Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Previous experience in the toy manufacturing industry is an advantage Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant field

The Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored product solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, presenting and demonstrating products, following up on leads, handling inquiries, managing sales transactions, and contributing to the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales strategies Ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions, and conduct product demonstrations Basic understanding of the toy industry or a passion for creating value in children's products Organizational skills, time management, and ability to work towards sales targets Familiarity with office software; experience in sales tools or CRM is a plus Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferable
