We are now expanding and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative / Management Trainee who can support our growth by onboarding new clients and building long-term relationships. Training & Probation Period Duration: 1 Month (Probation) Week 1: Product Training (Ingredients, USPs, Applications) Sales & Communication Training (Pitching, Objection Handling,Follow-ups) On successful completion of the probation period, the candidate may be offered a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach to cafes, restaurants, QSRs, and hospitality brands. Identify if they are seeking a better hot chocolate solution and introduce Blendonomics as the ideal option. Set up product trial sessions and coordinate sampling efforts. Engage and convince potential clients based on product merit and commercial value. Maintain strong follow-ups, manage leads, and drive conversions. Close orders and ensure proper documentation and coordination with the operations team. Desired Candidate Profile Recent graduates or up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (F&B industry preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi proficiency required). Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and trials. Passion for the F&B industry and customer-centric mindset.
