About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Tester with solid experience in functional and API testing of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce modules, integrations, and testing processes to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications (functional, integration, regression)
Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or Swagger
Validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, triggers, and Lightning components
Collaborate with developers, admins, and product teams to understand business needs and ensure smooth delivery
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar tools
Conduct testing across various Salesforce Clouds — Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
Participate in test planning, estimation, and review activities

Requirements

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing
Strong knowledge of Salesforce functional testing and API testing
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning UI, integrations, and custom objects
Understanding of STLC, SDLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodology
Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools (e.g., Provar, Tosca, Selenium for Salesforce)
Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL for backend data validation
Understanding of Salesforce release management and deployment process
Exposure to browser developer tools, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler
