Introduction

KPMG India is looking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused business analysts for their growing Salesforce practice. The candidate will be actively involved in the following areas of practice work.Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

- Execute test cases for Salesforce (Salesforce Education Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud) builds, including functional and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects in bug-tracking systems (Jira). - Conduct end-to-end testing of integrations between Salesforce ecosystems, Amazon Connect, MQ systems and external systems. - Validate workflows, customizations, and data movements in the platform. - Provide detailed test execution reports to the Squad Test Lead.

Skills / Experience Needed

- Familiarity with Salesforce features and testing methodologies.
- Experience working in agile development environments. - Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (preferred, though not mandatory). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for defect tracking and reporting.
