Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Tester

Experience: 5 8 Years.

Required Skills:

Strong Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, standard/custom objects, validation rules, workflows, triggers, flows, and security models.
Advanced Testing Experience: Skilled in functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing with strong test design and defect management capabilities.
Test Management Tools & Processes:– Proficient in using Jira, DevOps or similar tools, with the ability to create test plans, test cases, RTMs, and track defects effectively.
Agile & DevOps Familiarity: Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
Domain & Integration Testing Skills: Good understanding of CRM processes (Leads, Opportunities, Cases) and testing integrations with external systems (e.g., Payments, DocuSign etc).
API Testing & Data Validation: Skilled in SOQL queries, Workbench, and Postman for API validation and data migration testing.
Communication: Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, documentation abilities.
Automation Skills(good to have, not mandatory):Experience with tools like Selenium, Postman for automating Salesforce UI and API tests
