Salesforce Tester

You will be joining Fulcrum Digital, an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company that specializes in providing digital transformation and technology services from ideation to implementation. As a part of our team, you will be involved in testing units, manuals, automation, load, functions, implementation, etc., reviewing codes for bugs, designing, scaling, and maintaining complex Salesforce test frameworks. - Creating clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases - Reviewing design specifications and identifying test requirements - Designing testing to ensure project coverage - Developing, documenting, and maintaining test cases - Executing and evaluating manual or automated test cases - Reporting test results and identifying quality issues - Reporting quality issues to the manager - Isolating, replicating, and reporting bugs - Verifying bug fixes - Understanding and creating test plans from specifications or verbal communications - Communicating effectively with development and project management - Demonstrating the ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 4-6 years of relevant QA technical experience - Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts - Prior experience in testing the Salesforce platform - Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred but not mandatory Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are crucial for this role.
