As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing overall architecture and design for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects or one large complex project under the leadership of a lead Architect. Your role will involve creating prototypes and proofs of concept to aid in defining requirements, mapping business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, and determining when custom solutions are necessary. Additionally, you will lead or participate in the definition and prioritization/scoping of business and functional requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies for Salesforce solutions, and contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks. You will also be tasked with architecting and delivering a robust data model that supports project requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have 9-18 years of Solutions Architecture experience, with at least 3 years of experience in SFDC Architecture. Required Salesforce Certifications in the Architecture Track are necessary. Proficiency with Salesforce technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and Force.com is essential.
