Job Title: QA Lead – Automation & Salesforce Testing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end testing deliverables across multiple programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and business continuity.
• Manage a team of 10–12 QA professionals, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development.
• Drive automation strategy and execution; collaborate with Architects and Scrum teams to ensure testability and automation readiness.
• Provide functional and technical feedback on design; innovate using latest tools and processes for QA (manual & automation).
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks supporting CI/CD; create POCs for continual improvement.
• Document best practices and mentor junior team members.
• Engage with senior business leadership and work independently under minimal supervision.
• Define QA roadmap in alignment with portfolio/IT managers and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience in

  Salesforce testing

  and

  Einstein Analytics

  .
• Expertise in

  Agile testing

  ,

  test automation

  , and accelerators/tools.
• Hands-on with

  Selenium C#

  ,

  BDD framework (SpecFlow)

  ,

  API automation

  , and

  Selenium Grid implementation

• Ability to apply test metrics and measurements effectively.
• 10+ years of QA experience with proven leadership in medium-to-large programs.
