Salesforce Test Lead

In the role of a Salesforce Test Lead at PwC's Managed Services Platform, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a team of problem solvers to address complex business challenges from strategy formulation through execution and beyond. Your responsibilities and key qualifications for this position are outlined below: Responsibilities: - Overseeing and actively participating in test preparation, execution, regression, and closure activities for Salesforce CRM Testing Projects and Releases. - Analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, and challenging Product Teams in case of identified inconsistencies. - Creating Test Automation Scripts and developing frameworks using Subject7 or Opkey Tool. - Designing Test Plans and Test Cases based on project requirements and needs. - Managing the project's testware, including test cases, defects, testing checklists, and other related artifacts. - Collaborating with analysts, developers, and product owners globally. - Proposing improvements to the Test Process or Tested Software to drive impactful change. - Developing and executing use and test cases to evaluate the implementation of Salesforce CRM. - Providing support to the testing team and end-users during various test cycles, including remediation of test case failures or anomalies. - Preparing System Configuration, Specification, and training documents. - Conducting ongoing change request and maintenance activities for developed systems. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Degree: Bachelor Degree - Preferred Degree: Bachelors in Computer Engineering - Minimum Years of Experience: 5+ years of IT experience - Required Certifications: Salesforce Admin - Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Any Other SF Dev Certification, ISTQB Key Knowledge/Skills: - Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and Customization (APEX classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web components, etc.). - Execute test cases using Salesforce testing tools and frameworks. - Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assigned user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements. - Experience with Quality Assurance practices and tools, as well as Agile projects. - Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Application Modules & Processes, and Salesforce Security. - Experience in different types of testing such as Functional, UI/UX, Regression. - Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts. - Experience testing Salesforce platform. - Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred. - Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications. - Strong communication skills (oral and written). - Automation skills are a plus.
