We’re seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst who brings precision, curiosity, and a passion for ensuring high-quality delivery. If you’re someone who spots what others miss and thrives in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do:

Test Planning & Design

• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear test cases.
• Design and maintain test plans and test scripts for functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT cycles.
• Create test data and define reusable test scenarios for Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Commerce implementations.
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with a QA-first perspective.

⚙️ Test Execution

• Execute manual and/or automated test cases across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira or similar tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regression and smoke testing before every release to maintain system integrity.
• Support production validation and post-deployment checks.
• Ensure alignment on acceptance criteria, defect resolution, and release readiness.
• Contribute to reusable testing assets and playbooks for future implementations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed test summary reports, defect logs, and traceability matrices to provide clear visibility into testing progress and outcomes.
• Maintain organized test documentation within Jira and Confluence to ensure full auditability.
• Communicate QA metrics (defect density, test coverage, and pass/fail trends) to project stakeholders.
• Provide structured feedback and insights to improve development and release quality.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
• 3+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications (Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, B2B Commerce preferred).
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, automation tools, security framework, and Integrations.
• Experience with automation tools like

  Provar

  Selenium

  , or other Salesforce testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as

  Jira, Confluence,

• Certification in Salesforce or QA is a plus
