Salesforce QA Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for adapting to aggressive time challenges and finalizing testing details. Working closely with Software Development Engineers, you will understand the technical architecture and implementation of each feature. Reporting testing results and advocating for quality in all development phases will be crucial. Additionally, you will be involved in developing repeatable and automatable QA systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test plans and detailed test cases - Utilize JIRA for bug management and test case management - Conduct peer reviews of test scripts, results, and documentation - Perform functional testing for new requirements and application enhancements - Execute test cases across all functional areas of products efficiently - Create, execute, debug, fix, and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Nightwatch, or other industry-standard automation tools - Create testing documents covering functionalities of completed projects - Assist in building/configuring continuous integration tools to reduce testing cycles - Maintain regression test suite - Collaborate with Test Manager to develop new automation solutions and Proof of Concepts - Identify use cases, create test plans, and develop manual and automated test cases to report product quality and reliability to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of QA experience, preferably in SFDC application testing - Proficiency in manual and automation testing - Experience automating test cases using Java and JavaScript - Strong attention to detail - Knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Nightwatch, or other industry-standard test automation tools - Experience in utilizing automation for regression, exploratory testing, etc. - Familiarity with agile processes - Ability to work in a team with minimal direction - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders - Ownership of end-user quality, usability, and appeal Please Note: This job is Full-time and Permanent with a Day shift schedule.
