Salesforce QA Analyst

As a SFDC-QA with 4-6 years of experience (with 4 years specifically in testing), located in Pune with a hybrid work setup, you will be responsible for ensuring the finalization of testing details and duties within aggressive time constraints. Your role will involve collaborating with Software Development Engineers to comprehend the technical architecture and feature implementations, interpreting and reporting testing results, and advocating for quality throughout the development process. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop repeatable and automatable QA systems. Your responsibilities will include developing test plans and detailed test cases, utilizing JIRA for bug and test case management, conducting peer reviews of test scripts and documentation, performing functional testing on new requirements and application enhancements, efficiently executing test cases across all product functional areas, and creating, executing, debugging, fixing, and maintaining automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Nightwatch, or other standard automation tools for regression purposes. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating testing documents covering project functionalities, contributing to the reduction of testing cycles by building/configuring continuous integration tools, maintaining regression test suites, and collaborating with the Test Manager to develop new automation solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess 4-5 years of robust QA experience with a preference for SFDC application testing, expertise in manual and automation testing, proficiency in automating test cases using Java and JavaScript, meticulous attention to detail, familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Nightwatch, or similar, experience in applying high-quality automation to address test challenges, knowledge of testing methodologies such as regression, automation, and exploratory testing, understanding of agile processes, ability to work in a team with minimal guidance, excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a commitment to ensuring end-user quality, usability, and appeal.
