What you’ll do:

• Learn Salesforce Revenue Cloud from the best in the world.
• Configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions to meet customers' evolving business needs.
• Stay current on the latest Revenue Cloud features and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with consultants and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and document system changes.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
• At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce Administration/Development experience/training.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals.
• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Curiosity, accountability, and a desire to simplify complexity.
