Senior Technical Consultant

What you’ll do:

• Learn the new Revenue Cloud Advanced and Revenue Cloud Billing from the experts in the industry with hands-on experience of delivering RCA projects.
• Be a part of a dedicated innovations team building the coolest and most advanced RCA/RCB Solutions, Demos, and Accelerators.

• Design and implement

   end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Revenue Cloud advanced, involving Product Catalog Management, Salesforce Pricing, Transaction Management, Approvals, Dynamic Revenue Orchestration, Rate & Usage Management, and Revenue Cloud Billing.
• Build headless solutions using the API-first architecture of Revenue Cloud Advanced.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs using OOTB capabilities, Apex, LWC, REST APIs, and Platform Events.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution validation for complex multi-cloud implementations.
• Stay updated on the latest Revenue Cloud features and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, solution designs, and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, QAs, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across business requirements, architecture, data models, and business processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
• 5+ years of Salesforce technical experience, including 3+ years in CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud data model, automation tools, security framework, and Integrations.
• Expert in programmatic development (Apex, LWC, API integrations).
• Understanding of

  Quote-to-Cash

  ,

  Subscription Management

  Order Management,

  and related business processes.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERPs or payment systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Zuora, Stripe).
• Familiarity with

  Agile delivery

  , DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Certifications preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist.
