Accountabilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage, as it will aid in effectively aligning Salesforce functionalities with industry-specific requirements. Essential Skills/Experience Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce environment. System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications. Process Automation: Develop automation solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Apex. Custom Solutions: Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, performing regular data audits and cleanups. User Documentation: Prepare user documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and deployment notes. User Support: Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users, solving issuesa as they arise. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and leverage new functionalities to improve business processes. Compliance: Ensure alignment to industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector. Desirable Skills/Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce integration tools and data migration. Familiarity with web services, APIs, and related technologies (REST, SOAP). Industry Knowledge: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage. Understanding of business requirements specific to the pharma sector. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
