About The Opportunity

We are a staffing partner working in the Talent Acquisition & Human Resources sector, focused on placing enterprise technology professionals into high-impact delivery teams across India. This role sits within the CRM & Cloud Applications practice, supporting on-site Salesforce implementation and customization projects for enterprise clients.

Standardized Title:

Salesforce Developer (Apex & Lightning)Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs and scheduled processes following Salesforce best practices and ensuring required test coverage.
Build responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and enhance Visualforce pages to deliver rich UX and client-specific UI customizations.
Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware; own integration design and troubleshooting.
Translate business requirements into scalable declarative and programmatic solutions (Flows, Process automation, custom metadata, validation rules).
Manage source control and deployments using Salesforce DX and Git; operate CI/CD pipelines, perform metadata deployments and participate in release activities.
Drive code reviews, performance tuning, root-cause analysis of production issues and mentor junior developers to uphold engineering standards.
