Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: You should have 1 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce, focusing on CRM Sales Service FSL Experience Cloud. Your responsibilities will include handling SF applications in a Production environment, understanding Salesforce OOTB functionality, and integrating Rest and SOAP. Telecom experience is mandatory, and exposure to maintenance and production support engagements with Salesforce is required. Additionally, you should be familiar with DEVOPS ways of working, release automation, and possess good communication and triaging skills. Experience with Mulesoft and SFI Vlocity will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: - Support users, other Production Support Engineers, and SREs in troubleshooting application issues on production and developing solutions to support business needs. - Discuss requirements with business, recommend optimal solutions, develop and implement enhancements, and fix defects detected during testing. - Run incident resolution within agreed SLAs and liaise with partners like Aria Salesforce and AWS to resolve platform-related issues. - Be on call for critical operations activities such as Major incident resolution and Release deployment. - Test enhancements and defect fixes developed within the Maintenance team to ensure a reliable Production system with minimal defect leakage. - Collaborate with SREs and Prod Support Engineers to debug and identify root causes for failures. - Implement improvement opportunities against a well-tracked backlog to ensure system resilience. - Deploy changes to all environments, conduct appropriate AIS testing, and eventually deploy to Production based on a defined process. Qualification Required: - 1 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce, preferably with CRM Sales Service FSL Experience Cloud. - 1 to 2 years of experience handling SF applications in a Production environment. - Good understanding of Salesforce OOTB functionality and best practices. - Expertise in Rest and SOAP integration, troubleshooting, and telecom experience. - Exposure to maintenance and production support engagements with Salesforce. - Familiarity with DEVOPS ways of working, release automation, and good communication and triaging skills. - Experience with Mulesoft and SFI Vlocity will be advantageous.,
