About the Role

Salesforce Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications, enhancements, and integrations.
Participate in solution design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Customize Salesforce using
Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow Builder
.
Build and maintain
Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
and leverage Salesforce DX for development and packaging.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
.
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
Support
Agile/Scrum delivery
and work within
DevOps CI/CD pipelines
(Copado, Gearset, Git).
Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications and configurations.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and release notes.
Support user adoption through training, documentation, and enhancements.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce
security best practices, org-wide governance, and coding standards
.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
1–4 years
of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Strong knowledge of
Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow Builder
.
Experience with
Salesforce integrations
using APIs and third-party tools.
Familiarity with
Git-based version control, Copado, or Gearset CI/CD
.
Proficiency in Salesforce
data model, sharing model, and governor limits
.
Experience with
Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
.
Exposure to
Salesforce DX, AppExchange products, and packaging
.
Understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce App Builder
