Technical requirement: Candidate must have Engineering OR Masters Degree with good academic records with 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field.
· Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visual force, and LWC.
· Build complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
· Develop, test, debug, and document code with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
· Configure declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects.
· Participate in and contribute to code reviews, release cycles, and version control (Git/Bitbucket).
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA,andUI/UX designers.
· Support data migrations, ensure data integrity, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, uphold coding standards,and promote best practices.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
· Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
· Exposure to SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, or Experience Cloud.
· Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
· Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
· Salesforce certification would be an added advantage.
