As a Sales Developer Representative, your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, managing customer accounts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in market research, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales and negotiation abilities, experience in sales strategy development and lead generation, customer relationship management skills, knowledge of IT consulting and software development, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
