Key Roles & Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Develop and enhance applications using

  Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Visualforce

  , and

  Batch Classes

  .
• Build and maintain integrations using

  REST APIs, SOAP APIs

  , and

  web services

  .
• Ensure high-quality code and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  

Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

• Design, configure, and customize

  Salesforce CPQ

  functionalities.
• Develop and optimize CPQ rules, pricing logic, product configurations, and workflows.
  
• Support end-to-end CPQ implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  

System Integration & Customization

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
  
• Build secure, scalable integrations using Salesforce APIs and external systems.
  

Technical Documentation & Support

• Prepare technical design documents (TDDs), user guides, and solution documentation.
  
• Provide production support, defect resolution, and ongoing system improvements.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement validation and solution deployment.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  

• Salesforce APEX

• LWC (Lightning Web Components)

• REST API Integrations

• Salesforce CPQ

Desired Skills

• High-Tech domain experience or understanding.
  
• Salesforce Certifications such as

  Platform Developer I/II

  ,

  Salesforce CPQ Specialist

  (preferred).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
