Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Compensation: ₹90,000/month (CTC)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with a strong background in backend development, specializing in Apex, Flows, and Async Apex. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of programming concepts and hands-on experience with Salesforce customization and logic-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and optimize backend logic using Apex, Async Apex, and Salesforce Flows.
• Work with business analysts and technical leads to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and manage complex process automation and workflow rules in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate custom APIs and support data migration tasks.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting for production issues.
• Maintain and document technical processes and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficient in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Schedulers).
• Experience in Flows and Asynchronous Processing (Future Methods, Queueable, Batch Jobs).
• Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, security models, and best practices.
• Strong foundation in programming (background in Java, Python, .NET, or any modern language is a plus).
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and debugging tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities. Good to Have:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (optional but preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Jenkins).
