Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

NOTE: Should be flexible to work till 2 PM CT i.e. 12:30 AM IST

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the day to day maintenance of the Vision Salesforce Platform. This includes the following:
  
• Service level owner of the vision platform
• Salesforce administrator of the Vision platform
• Access administration
• Development and delivery of small enhancements for the Business
• DevOps deployments
• Resolution of security vulnerabilities within required SLAs
• Automated unit tests
• Audit support (responding to audit requests, working with business to respond)
• Health and maintenance of monitoring and logging
• Management of assessments in HCP console
• Miscellaneous support of risk resolution
• Management of prod and non-prod environments
• Alignment to security protocols for data management (i.e. data masking, etc)
• Overall health of production environment
• Solid partner for the business team
• Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
• Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Translates concepts into practice
• Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others
• Acts as a resource for others with less experience
• Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Salesforce admin certification
• Salesforce development certification
• 7+ years of Salesforce development and admin experience
• DevOps experience
• Automated unit testing experience
• Experienced with partnering with multiple Business and Technology teams
• Proven ability to work independently
• Proven excellent communication skills

• Ability to work until 2pm CT i.e. 12:30 AM IST
