Job Title: Senior Full Stack Web Developer Experience Required: 8–12 Years Positions: 2 Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bnagalore, Hyderabd, Kolkata, Gurgaon CTC: 18 LPA Availability: Immediate to 1 Week Preferred Job Description We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Web Developers (2 positions) with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies. You will be working on complex, performance-critical web solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Frontend: Develop and maintain dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript Implement clean, scalable UI using Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks Optimize performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility Translate business requirements and UX/UI designs into high-quality code Backend: Build robust and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express Design and manage flexible data models using MongoDB Atlas Ensure proper security, logging, error handling, and performance optimization of server-side logic DevOps & Deployment: Work on containerized application development using Docker Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes clusters (preferably GKE or AKS ) Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing, building, and deployment Maintain version control and branching strategies using Git Required Skills & Experience 8–12 years of total experience in full stack web development Strong proficiency in React.js , TypeScript , and Tailwind CSS In-depth experience with Node.js , Express , and MongoDB Atlas Hands-on experience with Docker , Kubernetes (GKE or AKS preferred) Experience with CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development Familiarity with code quality tools and practices such as ESLint, Prettier, Unit/Integration testing Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or Server-Sent Events Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog Understanding of OWASP security principles Experience in Agile methodologies and sprint planning Why Join Us?
