Location: Patiala, Punjab (In-office) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary : ₹8,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum About FleetPulse FleetPulse is an innovative technology company focused on transforming the logistics and transportation industry through advanced Trucking Management Systems (TMS). We build scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications that drive efficiency and visibility for brokers, carriers, and drivers. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Patiala . You will be responsible for developing full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) with a strong emphasis on Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization. Experience with React Native for mobile development is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB , Express.js , React.js , Next.js , and Node.js . Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React and Next.js with server-side rendering. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with the frontend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards. Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner. Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience working with the MERN stack . Strong proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation. Solid experience with React.js , Node.js , Express.js , and MongoDB . Familiarity with React Native and mobile app development is a strong plus. Experience with version control systems such as Git . Understanding of web application security and performance best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP . Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). Punjabi language skills are a plus but not mandatory. Why Join FleetPulse?
