Role Overview:

MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using
MongoDB
,
Express.js
,
React.js
,
Next.js
, and
Node.js
.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React and Next.js with server-side rendering.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with the frontend.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience working with the
MERN stack
.
Strong proficiency in
Next.js
for server-side rendering and static site generation.
Solid experience with
React.js
,
Node.js
,
Express.js
, and
MongoDB
.
Familiarity with
React Native
and mobile app development is a strong plus.
Experience with version control systems such as
Git
.
Understanding of web application security and performance best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms like
AWS
or
GCP

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
Punjabi language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
