Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

MERN Stack Developer

who can lead and mentor a small development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

, along with experience in project planning, code reviews, and guiding junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Manage code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Participate in Agile development processes and daily stand-ups.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and implement best practices.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and web security principles.
Proficient in Git version control and deployment practices.
Experience working with AWS or other cloud environments is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Proven experience in team handling or technical leadership.

Nice to Have

Experience with TypeScript or Next.js.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
