Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should hold an active Salesforce certification and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring the Salesforce platform supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce features including workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and security controls.
• Develop and integrate APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and participate in system integration and UAT.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II (must).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous programming.
• Solid experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware.
• Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
• Familiarity with AppExchange applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹423,159.98 - ₹1,688,518.95 per year
