Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the

  Salesforce platform

  using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.
• Configure and customize

  Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

  features to meet business requirements.
• Develop and optimize

  Flows, Validation Rules, Triggers, and Process Automation

  .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Work with

  integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)

  for seamless system connectivity.
• Follow

  best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization

  .
• Participate in

  unit testing, peer reviews, and deployment activities

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  
• Proficiency in

  Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura

  , and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Strong understanding of the

  Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits

  .
• Experience in

  integrating Salesforce with external systems

  .
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with

  OmniStudio components

  (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
• Salesforce

  Platform Developer I

  certification.
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD tools

  (Git, VS code, etc).
• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum methodology
