Salesforce Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom applications, objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builders within Salesforce.
  
• Build and customize

  Lightning components

  ,

  Apex classes

  ,

  triggers

  , and

  Visualforce pages

  as required.
• Assist in the design and implementation of

  automation flows

  and

  approval processes

  to optimize business workflows.
• Collaborate with business users to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Support

  data management activities

  , including import, export, and data integrity checks using Data Loader or other tools.
• Develop standard and custom

  reports and dashboards

  for various departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Participate in Salesforce release management and testing activities.
  
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  

• 1 year of hands-on experience

  as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of

  Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

  , and

  Salesforce APIs

  .
• Understanding of

  Salesforce configuration

  ,

  security model

  , and

  data model

  .
• Experience with

  Salesforce Flows

  ,

  Validation Rules

  , and

  Reports & Dashboards

  .
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce integration

  (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party apps).
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

  preferred (not mandatory).
