We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager cum Sales Executive to drive client acquisition, nurture customer relationships, and successfully close business deals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients for staff augmentation and project-based services.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for Salesforce, AI, and Data-related projects.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals aligned with client needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BCA(or 1-2 years of work exp in an IT company) +MBA is mandatory
Compensation: INR 10 LPA (Fixed) + Variable(some percentage based on the role in deal closure for the inhouse product)
Engagement Type: Full-time
