Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive cum Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, nurture customer relationships, and successfully close business deals. This role is pivotal to expanding our customer base and contributing significantly to the companys long-term growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients for staff augmentation and project-based services.

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition.

Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for Salesforce, AI, and Data-related projects.

Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals aligned with client needs.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics.

Experience Required: 1 to 4 years

Educational Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Compensation: 35500-37500 per month(Fixed)+Incentive

Engagement Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Type: Permanent / Contractual

Work Location: Mansarovar (Jaipur)
