Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients for staff augmentation and project-based services. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for Salesforce, AI, and Data-related projects. Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions and proposals aligned with client needs. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, with exposure to OmniStudio being a strong plus. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components. Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud features to meet business requirements. Develop and optimize Flows, Validation Rules, Triggers, and Process Automation . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Work with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools) for seamless system connectivity. Follow best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization . Participate in unit testing, peer reviews, and deployment activities . Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura , and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules). Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits . Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems . Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
