Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using
Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Implement and maintain
Salesforce configuration
including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and automation
Develop and customize
Lightning Experience
components and user interfaces
Integrate Salesforce with
third-party systems
using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Manage
data migration, data quality, and data integrity
within Salesforce
Participate in
requirements gathering
, technical design, and solution architecture discussions
Perform
code reviews
, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices
Support
CI/CD, deployments, and release management
using Salesforce DevOps tools
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
Maintain technical documentation and provide post-deployment support

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience as a
Salesforce Developer
Strong proficiency in
Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce
, and
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce security model
, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Experience with
Salesforce integrations
using REST/SOAP APIs
Familiarity with
Salesforce deployment and version control
(SFDX, Git, CI/CD tools)
Understanding of
Salesforce governor limits
and performance optimization
Experience with
Agile/Scrum
development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as
Platform Developer I / II

Salesforce Administrator

App Builder
Experience with
Experience Cloud
or
CPQ
Exposure to
Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, or Einstein features
