Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales team with the tools, content, processes, and training they need to be highly effective in driving revenue and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales processes, training, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven ability to improve sales productivity and outcomes.
● Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training programs for the sales team.
● Develop sales enablement content including playbooks, pitch decks, product guides, and competitive battle cards.
● Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align messaging and ensure timely rollout of new initiatives.
● Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted enablement interventions.
● Manage and optimize sales tools and platforms (CRM, LMS, content repositories, etc.).
● Track the effectiveness of enablement programs using metrics such as conversion rates, deal velocity, and rep productivity.
● Lead sales kickoffs, workshops, and certification programs.
● Serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership, contributing to pipeline growth and quota achievement.
● 5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or B2B Sales.
● Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs in a growth-oriented environment.
● Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger).
● Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad).
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
● Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical skills.
● Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
● Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
● Familiarity with adult learning principles or instructional design is a plus.
● Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
