Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

1.      Teach sales techniques and product knowledge through training session
2. Support sales reps with ongoing coaching and help them overcome challenges
3. Work with managers to identify training needs and customize programs.
4. Drive V-College Learning Portal Across / Make sure all the sales person is utilizing learning portal
5. Measure training effectiveness and adjust as needed based on feedback.
6. Work on creating training materials for online and classroom usage.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
2. 2+ years of experience in product training technical training.
3. Proven experience in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
4. Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
5.   Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
