Sales Trainer

Tech Sales Trainer ||

📍 Location: Jaipur – Mansarovar

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge

✅ Design, develop, and update training content aligned with business needs

✅ Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness

✅ Provide on-the-floor coaching and mentoring to enhance sales performance

✅ Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify gaps and address them through structured training initiatives

Requirements

🔹 Graduate in any stream

🔹 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer (BPO/International campaign experience preferred)

🔹 Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

🔹 Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and customer handling

🔹 Ability to engage, motivate, and influence large groups
