Job Title: IoT Operations Manager Location: Thane Salary: 6L to 9L per annum. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound IoT Operations Manager to lead and manage our IoT enablement efforts across all regions. Your core responsibility is to ensure every Circolife AC unit is connected, online, and functioning optimally through our IoT infrastructure. You will also be the guiding force during customer onboarding, ensuring they understand and fully utilize the app and IoT features. This role involves close coordination with internal teams, field technicians, and customers. You will frequently visit customer locations in the field to oversee device setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences. Key Responsibilities IoT Device Connectivity Ensure 100% connectivity and online uptime of Circolife ACs across India. Monitor device health, respond to connectivity issues, and coordinate resolutions with local service teams. Maintain performance dashboards and issue logs for real-time tracking and reporting. Customer Onboarding Support Lead the IoT onboarding experience by educating new customers on using the Circolife mobile app and IoT features. Deliver product walkthroughs and best practices for smart usage. Address first-use queries and coordinate with support if deeper troubleshooting is needed. Personally assist with complex onboarding or troubleshooting cases by visiting customers on-site when necessary. Team Management & Training Build, lead, and manage a nationwide team of IoT Operation engineers. Define SOPs and SLAs for device setup, diagnostics, and customer interactions. Conduct regular training to ensure consistent technical knowledge and service quality across the team. Process Optimization Identify gaps in IoT deployment or usage and propose scalable improvements. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies across all IoT operations. Reporting & Insights Generate regular reports on connectivity success rates, downtime incidents, and regional performance. Provide strategic insights to leadership for improving service uptime and user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IoT operations, device management, or technical customer support. Proven track record of managing field service or IoT deployment teams. Strong knowledge of IoT communication protocols ( BLE, WiFi). Hands-on experience with mobile apps, smart home/industrial IoT platforms. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; additional regional languages a plus. Willingness to travel frequently and conduct on-site customer visits.
