Sales Trainer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing training programs for employees across Motor/ Life/ Health Insurance products.
• Deliver process training to ensure employees are well-versed in organizational workflows and compliance guidelines.
• Design and develop training modules, manuals and assessment materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide regular feedback for improvement.
• Support sales and operations teams with refresher sessions and updates on new product launches or regulatory changes.
• Track training attendance, performance and maintain reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably Insurance, Business, or related field).
• 2–7 years of experience in product and process training, preferably in the insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Motor, Life and Health Insurance products.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools.

• Language Preference:

  Candidates fluent in

  Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu language
